Beekeeping is allowed in the city of Spokane. Information regarding beekeeping in the city can be found on the Spokane City Beekeeping Regulations Page. The basic beekeeping class offered by the IEBA is the best way to get into beekeeping as it will give you a foundation of knowledge on the subject and will also hook you up with local mentors to guide you through your beekeeping questions. To learn more about the regulations, visit our Spokane City Code page, or you can download an annoated presenation of the code in powerpoint. In any case, if you have questions or wish to contact an available mentor, contact us through our contact page.
